The capacities of UN Women Country Office staff have been strengthened on policies, procedures and the new Quantum ERP. This had led to improve the country office's culture on accountability and compliance with policies and procedures.
The country office has complied with the financial and technical reporting obligations, meeting the agreed deadlines and the quality required by UN Women standards. This ensures transparency in the management of resources and strengthens the relationship with donors. It has also ensured the technical quality of the reports showing the results achieved.

The accountability culture of the staff has been strengthened through the implementation of the organization's policies and procedures. Timely actions have been taken as a result of the monthly delivery monitoring, involving all staff. This monitoring was carried out in close coordination with Programs.
