    Nurturing a diverse and empowered workforce and advancing an inclusive UN Women culture: With its unique and inclusive culture, UN Women is an employer of choice with a diverse and highly performing cadre of personnel that embodies UN values.

    In 2023, UN Women Cameroon aligned its organizational structure with the programmatic vision outlined in the BWP. A focus has been made to reinforcement of the staff, their well-being and Capacity building for an efficient and effective intervention of the office.

    Nurturing a diverse and empowered workforce and advancing an inclusive UN Women culture: With its unique and inclusive culture, UN Women is an employer of choice with a diverse and highly performing cadre of personnel that embodies UN values.

    The Country Office is enhancing the skills of its leaders and personnel to increase performance awareness and promote a culture of accountability. The leadership and team capacity are strengthen for individual and collective.

    The reinforcement of the HR team at UN Women Cameroon has led to challenges in maintaining a high completion rate for mandatory training, due to factors such as new recruits still in the onboarding process and staff departures. However, it’s encouraging to hear that the office is committed to continue to invest in HR development and ensuring that mandatory training is completed on time .
