Internal processes were reviewed and action was taken on the most relevant issues, creating an Interoffice memorandum detailing guidelines for the following processes: (i) Payment Management, where a tool was introduced to control the issuance of payments. This tool has an annex that lists the documents that must be attached according to the applicable payment process. (ii) Travel Management, the established policy, the established times and the mandatory documents for the different types of trips were reinforced. (iii) Electoral Process Guidance Guide. (iv) Suppliers Processes, where supplier management was decentralized and moved to the HQ Service Center, which allowed the assigned personnel to be unloaded from the office and (v) activities outside the Organization.
