    Outcome insights and achievements

Outcome progress note for the year

Improved management of human resources in pursuit of results

India Office has continued to maintain a good turnaround time for the recruitment of SC and SSA staff. While the FT process is still very time consuming and can take between 4-6 months depending on the suitability of candidates and their ability to join, there is far greater efficiency in concluding an end-to-end recruitment process of SC and SSAs. It may be noted however that centralisation of the contract/offer issuance by UNALL has led to significant increase in the time for the conclusion of the hiring process.

Nurturing an empowered workforce and advancing an inclusive UN- Women culture: With its unique and inclusive culture, UN-Women is an employer of choice with a diverse and highly performing cadre of personnel that embodies UN values
