The change was a milestone and enhancement to UN Women’s systems which lead to a major business transformation. This came with many challenges that Lebanon CO has overcome and more importantly learned from. Lebanon team’ commitment to learn and expand their technical knowledge of the system set an example in the region. CO staff identified gaps within the system and reported them to RO and HQ for them to address. Learning continues in 2024 and new challenges are expected to arise until the system stabilization stage is completed.
