In 2024, UN Women Morocco continued to build a unique, inclusive culture, reinforcing its status as an employer of choice with a diverse and high-performing team that reflects UN values. UNDIS Accountability Framework Indicators: Meeting or Exceeding Standards: Target reached. Performance Management and Development Reviews: Timely Completion of Reviews: Target reached. Mandatory Training Completion: Completion of Mandatory Trainings: Target reached. Standards of Conduct: Compliance with Certification on Prohibited Conduct: Significant progress was made in ensuring compliance with the annual certification on prohibited conduct, including harassment, sexual harassment, discrimination, and abuse of authority. Inter-Regional Knowledge Exchange: Benefits from Knowledge Exchange: No change. The Head of Office's commitment to personnel well-being and work-life balance remained central in 2024. This commitment strengthened the office's collaborative and dynamic workforce, driving programmatic and operational success. Weekly office meetings were held to prioritize discussions, provide recommendations, and ensure follow-ups on key operational and programmatic issues. Overall, UN Women Morocco has made remarkable strides in fostering an engaged workforce that embodies the organization's values, while maintaining a high standard of performance and commitment to personnel well-being.

The office continued to hold weekly staff meetings throughout the year, which provided a space to share new developments, upcoming organized events, programmatic and operational priorities, etc. The Representative supported work-life balance by agreeing to the requests received from the personnel to use the option "Away From the Office (Telecommuting)" of the Flexible Working Arrangements Work whenever necessary. Finally, the Office ensured compliance with the previous year's performance development plans and assesments; and is on track to complete UN Women's mandatory training courses, including the new course on UN Women Information Security Essentials.
