To enhance organizational effectiveness, the CO invested in resource mobilization securing funding from KOICA and other partners. In addition, the CO continued to identify and training grass root partners to ensure their capacity to deliver efficiently especially on the Spotlight Initiative and Women Peace and Security. This was done was done through trainings such as RBM and financial management. The CO also provided learning opportunities for staff to increase their capacity to effectively deliver on its mandate.
