Effective normative, programmatic and coordination products, services and processes

Timely submission of outcome-focused progress reports. This has been achieved through monitoring, spot checks, and targeted refresher training in Results-Based Monitoring (RBM) for both staff and implementing partners. Six monitoring and spot check sessions, alongside three RBM refresher trainings, were conducted. These refresher trainings benefited 105 personnel from 16 organizations including UN Women. The first training engaged 36 staff members from the UN Women Malawi Country Office. The second training involved 25 personnel from CARE, Christian Aid, UN Women, FOCESE, CARD, TIPOLISO, and WOLREC, while the third session benefited 44 individuals from CCJP, MHRRC, MAGUFINA, YONECO, God Cares, UN Women, Chipembere, YCD, CCSS, and Umunthu Plus. These sessions were designed to strengthen the capacity of partners in Results-Based Monitoring and Reporting, equipping participants with the essential knowledge and skills needed to effectively monitor and report on project outcomes.
