The Country Office continues to effectively and efficiently fulfill all institutional processes through the following: It led, in coordination with UNFPA and RCO, the Gender Equality Results Group that monitors progress in four strategic areas of the Cooperation Framework, tracks the Gender Scorecard report, and coordinates inter-agency activities to promote equality and empowerment, joint positions, commemorative dates, and an annual town hall. Ensured proper migration of operational processes to the Quantum platform, thanks to the participation of 7 members of the office team (finance and programs) in the Quantum Regional Workshop. The objectives of the workshop were to update knowledge on the new systems and their limitations, discuss technical and policy issues during the application of the contracting process through the systems, and share lessons learned and exchange knowledge among the AP team. In addition, from July 7 to July 15, 2023, the Country Office coordinated with the Regional Office for the visit of a technical person to the country to provide Quantum training, in which the entire team in El Salvador participated. This has allowed the acquired knowledge to be applied in the processes carried out and improved efficiency.
