Advancing business transformation
As part of BOS implementation, UN Women is continuedly engaged in the HACT, HR and ICT working groups and has facilitated sharing of LTAs and consultancy lists across the UN agencies, funds and programmes. The CO has also closely aligned its programmes within the UN Cooperation Framework and developed a draft model for better allocation of Direct Project Management Costs in the design of joint programmes, which represent over 33% of the CO’s programme in 2022

UN Women as a member of the Operations Managers Team (OMT) has been actively participated in the development and reviewing of the BOS 2.0. As part of BOS implementation, UN Women is continuedly engaged in the Finance, ICT working groups and Chair the HR working group and has facilitated sharing of LTAs and consultancy lists across the UN agencies, funds and programmes.
