    Empowered people

    The average time it takes to complete recruitment is 12 weeks (from the time the announcement closes until the candidate is notified). This reduced from the average time of 16 weeks registered in 2022. 59%. Currently, the CO has 32 staff (both national and international). Out of this, 19 are female while 13 are male. 100% of staff have completed their mandatory training. In 2023, two staff had the opportunity to work in other regions, hence gaining new experiences, learning and sharing knowledge.
