In the year 2024, the Viet Nam Country Office achieved significant milestones in financial and operational management. The IPSAS delivery rate reached 95% on regular resources (core) . The risk register is in alignment with the Enterprise Risk Management policy and framework, ensuring a robust risk management system. Furthermore, the Country Office successfully completed partner audits with a 100% compliance rate, receiving clean audit reports. This reflects a commitment to transparency and accountability in financial dealings. Regarding operational resilience, the VCO has updated its Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to align with the Green One UN House standards. The occupational and health requirements outlined in the Security and Safety Compliance Survey have been fully met. The VCO continues to test its BCP regularly and provides updates to the BCCMA. Given the country's vulnerability to disasters and the increasing impact of climate change on flooding, the office is committed to ensuring the safety and preparedness of all staff and UN Women personnel, in close coordination with the regional security advisor. The completion of 100% Business Continuity and Crisis Management Assessments (BCCMA) and the successful testing of Business Continuity Protocols demonstrate the organization's readiness to handle unforeseen challenges. These achievements highlight the Viet Nam Country Office's dedication to financial integrity, risk management, and operational preparedness, positioning it for continued success in its mission.

In the year 2023, the Vietnam Country Office achieved significant milestones in financial and operational management. The IPSAS delivery rate reached 87% and Utilazation rate reached 95% on regular resources (core), 92% on the Institutional Budget and 81% on non-core resources. The risk register is in alignment with the Enterprise Risk Management policy and framework, ensuring a robust risk management system. During the year, we have revisited all risk categories, identifying the root causes and consequence impacts. We have assigned weighted risk ratings and submitted the corresponding mitigation actions accordingly for 4 kinds of risks. Furthermore, the Country Office successfully completed partner audits with a 100% compliance rate, receiving clean audit reports. This reflects a commitment to transparency and accountability in financial dealings. In terms of operational resilience, the VCO updated its Business Continuity Plan (BCP) document to align with the Green One UN House standards. In 2022 Vietnam Country Office has reached the IPSAS delivery rate up to 100% on Institutional Budget, 97% on regular resources (core) and 93% on the non core. Our risk register is meeting Enterprise Risk Management polciy and framework. The CO also 100% completed all long outanding internal audit recomendations (7) and there is no pending in external audit (partner audit) recommendations. We have cleared all. This year VCO has updated its BCP document in line with the BCP of the Green One UN House. We also fullfiled all Occupational and Health requirements detailed in Security and Safety Compliance Survey. We are in the process of transition to Crisis Management Application and will complete in the coming year.
