    In 2024, UN-Women has made significant strides in fostering a culture of growth and excellence. The completion of Performance Management and Development (PMD) reviews and mandatory trainings demonstrates staff commitment to both individual development and organizational goals; efforts are underway to improve completion rates across all staff.Additionally, focus on maintaining high standards of conduct, as seen through certification on prohibited conduct and sexual exploitation and abuse, underscores commitment to a safe and ethical workplace.
