The output cluster and targets were achieved, due to high commitment of UN Women Norh Macedonia team and accountability. The Office achieved bigger efficiency through strengthened operations processes, and administration of resources through budget, financial, HR,and Risk management. In the reporting period, the Office has been in regular contact with UNDSS. Business Continuity Plan and Crisis Management Plan was updated. The personnel list and contact numbers regularly updated and shared with UNDSS. Overall security and safety compliance was 100%, InfoSec training 100%. Mid year review of the 2024 Risk Register was completed as well as the Fraud Risk Assessment. The staff prepared budget revisions where necessary. Due to limited functionality of Quantum, the Finance Assistant and the Project Officers were tracking expenses manually. The reporting was conducted against DRF/OEEF indicators and targets at activity, output, outcome, and impact level. Regular staff meetinsg were held, staff retreat ortganized and bilateral feedback sought and provided.
