Assuring an accountable organization through principled performance
UN Women Myanmar has embraced business processes aligned with the prevailing context and has proactively put forward solutions. The transition from the Atlas to the Quantum system resulted in the unavailability and/or unreliability of essential reports, presenting challenges in monitoring both project expenses and delivery statuses. To address this, UN Women Myanmar implemented a temporary manual tracking system, accompanied by regular meetings to oversee implementation progress and uphold necessary controls.
