Assuring an accountable organization through principled performance
Myanmar Country Office continues to practice an adaptive management approach to respond to the rapidly changing and complex crisis context in country . An important dimension or principled performance in this context is following UN guidelines for engagement and continuously reviewing our practices to ensure that we are consistently security-informed . In 2024 the office continued to adapt to the changes of the system from ATLAS to Quantum through effective participation in the trainings provided by RO . Continuing challenges with different reports providing different delivery and utilization data have have been addressed by using other tools such as the payment monitoring tool specifically designed to enhance the ability to monitor payments, detect deficiencies, and support managers in making informed decisions and referring to the new Project Closure Report/Dashboard .
